Depending on your reason for your appointment, you may also wish to send over additional information to the GP to review with you as part of your GP appointment. This could be a photograph to help give further detail, or a set of test results.

Once you have booked your appointment, you can send additional information directly to the clinical admin support team at Health Hero, who can then add any additional information onto your booking for review during your appointment.
