How to reschedule or cancel your private GP appointment booking once it's been made

Our virtual private GP appointment service, in partnership with Health Hero, can be rescheduled or cancelled should you have a change of plan.

It's important to note that, as per our terms and conditions agreed when booking, your appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled if it is less than 3.5 hours to your appointment time, and can no longer be refunded.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, first head to your account dashboard by clicking here (logging in using your email address and password set when you registered).

Once here, you can see all your appointment bookings both past and present. Simply locate the appointment you wish to amend or cancel, and click the appropriate button

  • If you cancel your booking, your payment for the appointment will be automatically refunded and an email sent to the email used at checkout (this may be different to the email used to create your account if you used Google Pay or Apple Pay at checkout).

  • If you reschedule your booking, you will be presented with the timeslots that are currently available to book. Please note, these times will always be in the future and later than your current booking.
