Your doctor will always try to join the consultation as soon as possible. We do not however operate a strict length of appointment, to ensure every patient receives the best care; your doctor may be up to 15 minutes late for your appointment start time due to this.
Your doctor may also be having technical difficulties and if so will try to call you on your given contact number when you booked your appointment.
Please ensure you answer all incoming calls during your appointment time, including withheld numbers
If you have been waiting for more than 15 minutes for the doctor to join the call and you have received no phone calls during this time either, you will need to reach out to our clinical partner Health Hero to resolve.
Their clinical support team can assist in connecting you to a doctor as soon as possible, or rearranging if more convenient.
