Support for if you are awaiting a fit note or referral letter, or if there is an issue with the document you have been sent

Fit notes and referral letters will be emailed to you after your consultation is complete, to the email address you booked your appointment with. You can check which email address you used by heading to your dashboard by clicking here. Your document may take from a few moments up to 4 hours to be emailed to you.

If over 4 hours have passed and you have still not received your document, please check if your email provider has filtered the email to your junk/spam folder by accident.

If it's been more than 4 hours since your appointment and you cannot locate in your email, you will need to reach out to our clinical partner Health Hero to resolve.

You'll also need to reach out to Health Hero if there is an issue with the document issued, such as content or specific details given.


Their clinical support team can assist in resending your document to you, or escalating to a doctor if there is a delay in your document being issued, or an issue with the document that needs correcting.
