Support for when you are awaiting a prescription or have an issue with your prescription when received

Your prescription from Health Hero will arrive in the form of an electronic token - this will either just be emailed to you or be emailed and text to you, depending on what you request from the doctor at the time. Depending on the treatment being prescribed, it can take from a few minutes after your appointment up to 2 hours later before you'll receive your token for your prescription.

If over two hours have passed and you have still not received your token, please check if your email provider has filtered the email to your junk/spam folder by accident. Your token will be emailed to the email address you registered and created your appointment with, and texted to the number given when you registered for your account - you can check what you registered with if needed by heading to your dashboard by clicking here.

If you are concerned you have not received your token to your phone, it will also be emailed to you so you will receive a copy.

If it's been more than 2 hours since your appointment and you cannot locate in your email, you will need to reach out to our clinical partner Health Hero to resolve.

You'll also need to reach out to Health Hero if there is an issue with the medication prescribed, such as availability or a mistake.

Their clinical support team can assist in resending your prescription token to you, or escalating to a doctor if there is a delay in your prescription being issued, or an issue with the prescription.
