What to do if your order has not arrived?

Your medication is shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked service with a confirmed next day delivery service, so we'd always expect your medication to be with you as soon as possible once dispatched.

Occasionally, things might go wrong, and for some reason your order may not have arrived as expected.

It's showing as delivered but is not here

If your order is showing as delivered, the Royal Mail tracking service will show where it has been delivered to, as well as a map to ensure it's in the right place.

Check with anyone else in your property that may have accepted the delivery but not yet had a chance to tell you (or may have forgotten they did so!)

Check where the item has been delivered to. If you were not home, it may have been delivered to a neighbour. You should have had a card through your door to detail where your parcel was left, and your tracking information should show this too.

If you are not able to locate your parcel, please contact [email protected] with your details and tracking number, and the team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

It's showing as on it's way still

Check to see when the parcel was collected - the service used is a guaranteed next day service, that operates Monday to Saturday. As we ship Monday to Friday, there should not be any reason for a delivery not to be made the next working day.

If your order has been delayed for any reason, your tracking number should show it's current location in the Royal Mail network, as well as any updates to it's expected arrival with you.

If your order has not arrived after 2 days, please contact [email protected] with your details and tracking number, and the team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

It's showing as lost on the tracking information

Very occasionally, a parcel may go missing within the chain and be marked as lost by Royal Mail on the tracking information. As we use a guaranteed and tracked service for your delivery, this is highly unusual.

Should you receive a notification that your parcel has been lost, please contact [email protected] with your details and tracking number, and the team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
