What to do if your order arrives damaged

All medication we send to you are dispatched by Roayl Mail special delivery, guaranteeing a next day delivery and protecting the value of the goods in the parcel.

Very occasionally, a parcel could arrive damaged despite all the best controls in place, and we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Firstly, please ensure you take a photo of the parcel in the condition it's arrived in, highlighting any damage to the packaging.

Next, unpack your order and check your medication is correct and unharmed. If there is any damage to your medication, please take a photo of this as well.

If your medication has arrived intact and undamaged, then it is safe to continue your treatment as planned

If your medication has been damaged, please contact us at [email protected], sending us your tracking number and the photos of the damaged packaging and medication, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible
