What to do if you need documentation to take your treatment on holiday with you

Updated over a month ago

If you plan to travel with your medication whilst on the programme, you may need to carry evidence of your prescription with you to prove that the medication has been prescribed to you.

Just email us at [email protected] and we can send across to you a copy of your prescription to print or have electronically on your phone as you travel for any customs queries.

We issue a new prescription each time you order a new pen, so request this close to the time of you travelling to ensure you have the correct prescription that matches your current pen.

Ideal storage conditions for your treatment are above freezing and below 30 degrees C - we recommend in hot destinations to store your treatment in a fridge or air conditioned room to ensure it remains in this temperature range whilst away.
