Our weight loss medications that are part of our weight loss programmes are long term prescription treatments, and each month you'll need to arrange your next dosage to be sent to you.
We have your well being as our top priority, so our clinical team will review your progress and check in with you around any side effects raised before sending out your medication. We also allow you to choose your dosage, so that you are in control of your treatment, and never just dispatch medication to you. Want to remain on the same dosage longer to get used to side effects? Absolutely your choice!
How do I order my renewal?
You'll receive a reminder email 21 days after your last pen was delivered, with a link to your renewal questionnaire to complete. This take just 1-2 minutes to complete, and the clinical team will review and either be in touch or dispense your chosen dosage for next day delivery.
You'll receive confirmation and tracking details once our operations team have processed your order, and your next pen will be delivered in chilled packaging just as your first pen was!

What dosage can I choose?
At each renewal, you'll be able to choose the same dosage, the next one up, or the one below if applicable. For example, if you are currently on the 2.5mg dosage, you can choose to remain on this dosage, or increase to the 5.0mg dosage.
Please note you are not able to "skip" dosage strengths, and it's important to increase the treatment by one dosage step each month. We'll only ever show you appropriate options when completing your renewal.
How do I pay for my renewal?
Your weight loss plan is a rolling 28 day subscription, with a start date from when you completed your application with us. This may mean that, when you come to renew, that you may have already made a payment to us for the cost of your current dosage.
If you have already made a payment, this will be used towards the cost of your chosen dosage. If you have yet to make a payment, you'll pay the full amount when you choose your order.
How long do I have to renew?
Your current treatment pen has four dosages, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible, on or around administering the fourth dosage from your current pen. This gives the clinical team plenty of time to support with any concerns if raised, and for the medication to arrive with you before your next dosage is due.
Should you have a gap in dosages, this will mean your appetite will start to return as the medication fades from your system. You can have a gap in treatment up to 4 weeks without any impact, however after this time you would need to restart your treatment at the 2.5mg dosage.
I need more needles / a new sharps bin on this order
If you require additional needles or a new sharps bin, just let us know before you complete your renewal by emailing [email protected] and we can send replacements to you with your new pen - free of charge.
