Clinical review
Your completed assessment will be reviewed by our clinical team to ensure it is safe to prescribe your selected medication.
Outcome notification
If approved: Your medication will be processed and sent for dispatch.
If declined: You will receive an email explaining why we are unable to proceed with the prescription.
Refunds for declined orders
If your order is declined, a full refund will be issued automatically to the card used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Track your order
You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your online account. All submitted orders and their progress will be visible on your dashboard.
