We have your well being as our top priority, so our clinical team will review your progress and check in with you around any side effects raised before sending out your medication. We also allow you to choose your dosage, so that you are in control of your treatment, and never just dispatch medication to you. Want to remain on the same dosage longer to get used to side effects? Absolutely your choice!
You'll receive a reminder email 21 days after your last pen was delivered. A link will also appear in your online dashboard for you to click and complete your renewal questionnaire.
