If you need to arrange your medication to be delivered to a different address, you can do this as part of completing your short renewal questionnaire!
We ask you to check and confirm your personal details and address, and your GP practice information, each time you complete a renewal. Simply click edit when viewing your personal details and you'll be able to update to a new address for your next order!
We recommend only choosing an address where you will be located for a period of time, and that is easily accessible by Royal Mail. We are not able to redirect parcels once dispatched, so please ensure you check the address you have given if amending.
