Amending your subscription details

If you are looking to change the card you are using for your subscription, for example you've changed banks, or just want to have your payments taken from a different account, It's straightforward to arrange.

Contact us at [email protected], and the team will send you a link where you can amend your payment information securely without needing to cancel and reset up your subscription.

Please do not send your financial information, such as your card details, through to us as an email or in our live chat service. We will never request your card details this way. Only enter your details on the payment link we send to you via Stripe. We will only send this link to you if you request it first. Please contact us if you are not sure about any communication regarding payment you may have received before giving over any information.

Cancelling your subscription

Everyone's weight loss journey is different, and you may find yourself in a place where you no longer wish to continue your weight loss medication treatment and end your subscription.

I've achieved my goal weight

That is absolutely fantastic news, and a proper moment to celebrate for sure! Now you've achieved your goal weight, there are a three routes you can look to take:

Stop my treatment and subscription now: This would stop payments and the delivery of your treatment. By stopping solidly, your appetite will rapidly return, and it's important to maintain the lifestyle and diet changes to avoid putting the weight you have lost back on. If you decided to resume treatment, you would need to start at the lowest dosage and work back up again over time. To cancel, simply email [email protected], and we can cancel your subscription and halt any future payments.

Reduce my dosage gradually and then stop: This reduction of your dose approach means that you would experience a much more gradual return of your appetite, allowing you to adjust as it returns and maintain your lifestyle and diet changes, and giving you a greater chance of success once you stop treatment entirely. Simply tell us on your renewal consultation that you want to reduce your dosage and why, and we'll reduce your payments as you move back down the dosages, before ending your subscription at the lowest dosage.

Remain on the treatment: You can remain on the treatment indefinitely, and can choose the level of treatment you wish to stay on. This will help maintain the support with your appetite at a dosage and price point that suits you, as well as helping to maintain your goal weight alongside your lifestyle and diet changes. Simply tell us on your renewal consultation that you want to reduce your dosage and why, and we'll reduce your payments as you move back down the dosages to your desired level.

I've had side effects and I no longer wish to continue treatment

If you have had side effects that are impacting you during your treatment, and have made you decide that you no longer wish to continue, we absolutely understand. Simply email [email protected], and we can cancel your subscription and halt any future payments.

My medical conditions have changed and you will no longer prescribe the treatment

If we have not prescribed your treatment due to a change in your medical conditions, your subscription will be automatically stopped, and confirmation sent through to your registered email.

If you are not sure you have received confirmation of this, please email us at [email protected] and we will confirm this to you.

I applied and you were not able to prescribe to me

If you submitted a medical questionnaire and our clinical team were not able to prescribe to you, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your initial payment returned to you, and an email confirmation sent to your registered email used when applying to the service.

Please be aware it may take up to 10 working days for the payment to reach your account, and entirely depends on your bank or card issuer.

I can longer afford the treatment

We understand that this kind of treatment is a significant financial commitment, and you may have no choice but to stop unexpectedly due to a change in your financial position. There are two options to explore here:

If you decided to resume treatment, you would need to start at the lowest dosage and work back up again over time. Remain on the treatment at a lower dosage and price point: You can remain on the treatment at a lower dosage, either by not moving up to the top dosages, or by moving back down to a lower dosage. This will help maintain the support with your appetite at a dosage and price point that suits you, as well as helping to maintain your weight loss journey. Simply tell us on your renewal consultation that you want to reduce your dosage and why, and we'll reduce your payments as you move back down the dosages to your desired level.
