Deciding whether to stick with your current dose or titrate up or down can feel like a tricky decision. We always remain client-led when it comes to dosing, and the choice is ultimately yours. However, the tips below have been designed to support you in making an informed choice, based on guidance from our clinical team.
Side Effects: If you’re still experiencing side effects, it’s usually best to stay on your current dose until things settle. We want your weight loss journey to feel manageable and sustainable.
Weight Loss Progress: If you’re still losing weight steadily on your current dose, there’s no urgent need to increase. Staying on a lower dose that works well is a great option.
Food Noise: If cravings and constant thoughts about food (commonly called “food noise”) are still quite present and side effects have settled, you may benefit from a higher dose. However, if your appetite feels under control and you’re seeing progress, there’s no need to adjust.
