Where is My Kit Code

A six digit kit code is needed to register your kit and receive your test results

Upon purchasing a Covid Test Kit, you will receive two emails with the following subject lines:

  • Your Medicspot order has been confirmed
  • Your digital kit codes and next steps for your fit to fly antigen test

If you ordered a Covid Test Kit with Observation, you will also receive a third email with the following subject:

  • Medicspot - Your Upcoming Observed Appointment is Confirmed

All or some of these emails may be filed in your junk or spam inbox. Please check this first if you are missing one of these emails.

What to do if you do not receive the Order Confirmation Email

This email confirms receipt and acceptance of your order, and also advises billing details. If you are missing this email and need this information, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

What to do if you do not receive the Next Steps Email

This is the email which confirms your unique six digit kit code. It is vital that this is retained as it is needed to register your kit.
If you have checked your spam and junk and still cannot locate this email, please contact our customer service team. 

What to do if you do not receive the Appointment Confirmation

This confirms your appointment time for attending your observation session. It also provides the Zoom link you need to access the appointment. Again, if not received, please contact us to gain the zoom link.
