The requirements have changed, can you change my kits to match?

Unfortunately, we are unable to swap your order to match any requirements that have changed.

I have been advised I will receive a refund, when will I receive the payment?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment card used at the time of ordering. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reach your account.

I have not received my refund after 14 days, what should I do next?

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
